Your workouts are transferable, so if you can’t make your time slot, you’re welcome to send your spouse, one of your kids, or your best friend. Lean FX also offers attendance and milestone bonuses. If you miss less than 2 workouts during the 12 week session, you will get a $50 credit toward the next session. FM Street Safe / Thai Boxing Program
If you’ve ever felt unsafe walking down the street at night, you understand the importance of learning to defend yourself. The FM Street Safe / Thai Boxing Program combines the techniques of Boxing, Thai Boxing, Krav Maga, Paracombative Ju-jutsu, and Judo to provide students with one of the most comprehensive stand-up programs offered anywhere. Since big attacks small and strong attacks weak – we start from the premise that your opponent is larger and stronger than you are. The techniques you will learn are practical and time-tested self-defense techniques effective against a larger and stronger opponent. You will learn blocking techniques, striking techniques, joint-locking techniques, throwing techniques, choking techniques, and weapons defenses. The FM Self-Defense / Thai Boxing Program is a great way to have fun, get in shape, and reclaim your peace of mind.
